First thing, they have an outstanding customer service. I forgot to include the discount code when I was checking out several items that I bought and subsequently emailed the Customer Service team. They responded to me within a day and worked out different options in order to resolve my issue. It was completely my fault and they did not need to honor the discount, but they worked with me And continue to provide follow up to be sure I was happy.
Secondly, the device looks very professional, and it feel like you are in a studio when using it. I am probably going to be purchasing again from in the future.

I have recently purchased the device and I am very happy with the overall experience. While I just started using the machine so I can't yet talk about the results, I would like to mention a few things that might help you while making your purchase decision.
First thing, they have an outstanding customer service. I forgot to include the discount code when I was checking out several items that I bought and subsequently emailed the Customer Service team. They responded to me within a day and worked out different options in order to resolve my issue. It was completely my fault and they did not need to honor the discount, but they worked with me And continue to provide follow up to be sure I was happy.
Secondly, the device looks very professional, and it feel like you are in a studio when using it. I am probably going to be purchasing again from in the future.
This machine is the real deal! I’ve been using it for a little over a month now, about twice a week, and my skin has changed a lot.
