Refund and Return Policy

1. You need apply for a return/refund within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. For returns or refunds, please contact us via email at: info@cantaesthetic.com (Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 10 PM GMT+8).

2. The goods must be in brand new condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you retain the product packaging for 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

3. If the device has exceeded 30 calendar days since the date of delivery, it does not qualify for a refund. Goods returned without original packaging or that have been used within 30 calendar days are subject to a 20% handling fee. Goods returned in their original packaging or in unused/sellable condition within 30 calendar days are not subject to a handling fee. Canta Esthetic LLC reserves the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the returned goods. Once the return is approved, the delivery address will be emailed to you.

4. Refund requests must contact us within 30 calendar days at: info@cantaesthetic.com.

5. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must ship the product to the address we provide via email and notify us of the return tracking number.

6. If customs fees are required to receive the returned package (for international orders), these fees will be deducted from your refund.

7. Damages to the device caused by unauthorized product modifications, improper voltage supply, misuse, improper packaging, or improper use before successfully completing a training course are not covered under this refund policy.

8. Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product for return to Canta Esthetic LLC, to prevent any potential damage during transit. Any damage caused by improper packaging/lack of protection inside the shipping box is the responsibility of the customer. Each accessory must be individually packaged and carefully protected with bubble wrap, polystyrene foam, or similar materials, and any screens on the device must be carefully covered during transit. Returned items must be securely fixed inside the packaging and accessories must be properly protected to avoid damage from movement during transit.

9. If you purchased custom-made products, these products are final sale items and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, alterations, or modifications.

10. Refunds are contingent on the condition of the device, packaging, and purchase date and must be pre-authorized. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 90 days.

11. Any shipping and handling damage must be reported to Canta Esthetic LLC within 24 hours of receiving the product.

12. Order Cancellation: We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Generally, orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placing them. If you wish to edit or cancel your order within 1 hour, please contact info@cantaesthetic.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
