I have recently purchased the device and I am very happy with the overall experience. While I just started using the machine so I can't yet talk about the results, I would like to mention a few things that might help you while making your purchase decision.
First thing, they have an outstanding customer service. I forgot to include the discount code when I was checking out several items that I bought and subsequently emailed the Customer Service team. They responded to me within a day and worked out different options in order to resolve my issue. It was completely my fault and they did not need to honor the discount, but they worked with me And continue to provide follow up to be sure I was happy.
Secondly, the device looks very professional, and it feel like you are in a studio when using it. I am probably going to be purchasing again from in the future.

Only two sessions in and we can already see a nice change in how fresh and smooth the skin looks. It’s been very straightforward to use, and switching between the hydro step and the finishing options doesn’t slow us down at all.

The water flow stayed steady from start to finish, and the suction was easy to adjust. I put the LED mask on while I rinsed the used tip, which saved a little time without rushing the facial. Everything flowed really well and felt simple to manage.
The LED mask adds a few minutes to cleanup, but I still think it is worth having. The client can rest under the light while I rinse the other pieces, so the time is not wasted. I also like that the suction gives a clean pass around the nose without going over the same area again and again.
It is much lighter than I expected and does not take up much space on the counter. The screen is not very large, so our newer staff needed a little extra time at first, but the menus are easy to understand. The water flow has been steady, and the whole setup feels simple and practical for everyday use.
