Canta Esthetic devices have many handles, and each type of handle has its own hole sizes and locations. Before launching the machine, it is recommended that the client confirm each handle is connected to its right hole.

Preparation: Battery Troubleshooting

Before using your Canta Esthetic device, please ensure that all power connections are properly secured. If the device fails to power on (no electrical response), please follow the steps below:

If the device does not power on:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the power source and the device.
  • Check if the power switch is turned on and not damaged.
  • Inspect the power socket for a blown fuse inside the unit.
  • Unplug and reconnect all cables to ensure tight and secure contact. Replace the power cord or socket if necessary.
  • Replace the internal fuse if it appears burnt.

How to Clear?

Canta Esthetic devices feature easy maintenance for prolonging your beauty journey. After operations, you can easily clean the handles with an alcohol-based cleanser. The handles need to be stored until dry thoroughly.

How to register your skin analyzer?

  • Manage Your Account

From the interface “My file” to enter software settings, click “Account Management” to check Personal Information, Change Password, Check Other Accounts, and Add New Account.

  • Manage Your Personal Information

Click “Personal Information" to edit the image of the Administrator and the account name.

  • Change Account Password

Click “Change Password” to change the account password (Notice: If you need to change your password, make sure to remember the new password. It is recommended that you do not set your password too difficult.)

What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?

In many cases, your orders are sent to our warehouse for processing almost immediately after placing the orders, and shipping addresses can’t be updated. Regardless, please let us know right away if you entered the wrong address, and we’ll do our best to help you out.

How do I cancel my order?

Fill out the form here right away, and our support team will reach out to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if it’s already been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order.

I just placed my order, and according to the tracking number, it hasn't been shipped yet. Am I able to cancel it?

No, if the order has a tracking number, then it’s already on the back of a trailer with the selected carrier and just hasn’t been scanned into their facility yet. On a normal weekday, it could take up to 48 hours (or longer during holiday/peak shipping periods) for the carriers to scan the shipment into their system. Please wait, and we will report your tracking number soon.

Wipe down machine surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth after each use.

Disinfect contact handles by using alcohol-free, non-corrosive cleaning wipes approved for electronics.

Turn off and unplug the device when not in use for extended periods.

  • Weekly Maintenance

Inspect all cables and connectors for signs of wear, loosening, or damage.

Check the camera lens and ensure it’s clean and dust-free to maintain high-quality imaging.

Empty or replace filters (if applicable), especially if your device uses a built-in air filter system.

Troubleshooting

Shipping Damage

We work hard to deliver your parcel. However, sometimes shipping/handling and other factors can negatively impact the devices we provide. For this, we are deeply sorry.

According to our warranty, shipping damage must be reported to Canta Esthetic within 14 days of shipment arrival. The report should include all products (devices and accessories) with clear photos and videos. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. 

Please send our Support Team a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received. We'll do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

My Device Won’t Turn On.

If your Canta Esthetic device won’t power on or the display remains blank, don’t worry—here are a few simple troubleshooting steps to help you quickly identify and resolve the issue:

  • Check the Power Source

Make sure the power outlet is working by testing it with another device.

  • Inspect the Power Cables

Confirm that the power cables are securely connected to both the device and the wall outlet.

Check for any visible damage or fraying.

Do not use a damaged cable.

  • Try a Different Outlet

If the machine still can not work, try plugging it into a different outlet.

  • Check the Power Switch

Ensure the main power switch on the device is turned on.

If the switch feels loose or unresponsive, please stop using it and contact support.

  • Look for Operating Signs

Listen for any internal fan sounds or indicator lights.

If the screen is black but you hear sounds, the issue may be due to the display.

  • Fuse Check (if applicable)

Some Canta devices include an internal fuse. If you suspect a blown fuse, please contact our team for guidance on replacement.

Disconnect the device from power, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect.

Many Canta Esthetic devices are equipped with plugs featuring quick and easy connections. These plugs connect key components—such as handles, probes, and control panels—to the devices, transmitting signals reliably.

If you're experiencing issues such as no response, no signal, or unexpected error codes, we recommend checking the quick-connect plugs first.

 

Here’s what to check:

Ensure all plugs are fully inserted and firmly connected. A loose connection can prevent proper operation.

Check for bent pins, dirt, or moisture inside the plug ports, as these can affect signal flow.

If applicable, unplug and reconnect the cable to reset the connection.

Do not force any connection; align the pins carefully to avoid damage.
