Let me be 100% honest here. I have never purchased a machine with this kind of price tag that I couldn't first touch, examine, and use. I looked up as much as I could about Canta and the various machines they sell, and that made me willing to take the chance. For anyone on the fence, be encouraged that you will be working with a professional and attentive company, a company who still believes in customer service and after purchase support. From originally purchasing the machine to the final training to operate it, the customer service at Canta were with me all the way. The short delay in shipping (1.5 weeks) was explained before I even knew there might be a delay. Christine answered every email within 24 hours (unless it was a weekend when she emailed me back as at the latest 50 hours from my email). When you receive a eslim upgraded machine, be aware that it is heavy and will be packed in a custom shipping crate. Inside the shipping crate is a modified heavy equipment chest on wheels. Inside that chest, and well protected by high density foam, is where you will find your machine and all its accessories. A few days before my machine arrived, I got an email from Canta with the operating instructions and a manual for attaching the paddles and Accessories to the machine. Its operation and use is easy once you have gone through training and read the manual a couple times (its a small manual). As for its use and efficacy, let me tell you that it is worth every penny. I wish I would have bought this sooner; it really is a sculpting machine. My wife's abs have developed noticeable definition after only 4 treatments. As for me, I haven't had any massive changes yet, but I'm noticing a definite increase in core strength. Also, the pelvic seat attachment works out those muscles in unique and effective ways. So in a nutshell, buy it and be diligent in your use of this machine. It will help you achieve your desired bodily goals.

Customer Service and support have been excellent. It took a little longer to get here but was worth the wait. I purchased the EMS NOVA Body Sculpting Machine and it has met my expectations. I also bought it during one of the sales event and received 2 free gifts which I'm also enjoying the EMS PELVIS Floor Handle and the 30K Cavitation 6-in-1 Machine. Both are great products and well built. Though the great experience I have had, I'm planning on making another purchase when they have their next sale event.

I ordered the 40k cavitation machine, and it's proving to be an incredibly useful machine. Clients have seen inches off their waist, hips, and thighs. The machine itself is user-friendly and intuitive to use. The customer support with this company is really good too. I was unaware that it would be shipping from overseas, but a quick email exchange later and I was updated on the shipping info I was requesting. The machine came well-packaged inside a cardboard box that was inside a wooden box. All parts were included and it was also incredibly easy to assemble.

I originally had this treatment done at a salon and loved the results, which led me to try an at-home version. My first machine was a smaller, less expensive unit that lasted about two years and maintained the job… but this one is on a completely different level, delivering much better results with less time. The very first time I used it, I was blown away. It felt much closer to my salon experience—stronger, deeper, and more effective. Compared to the ~$1200 unit I had before, this machine clearly delivers more power and performance. Yes, it’s a bigger investment, but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it. The results and overall experience justify the price. As a bonus customer service has been fantastic. Super responsive, knowlegable and helpful.

Customer service support was excellent. The training on product was excellent which gave detailed instruction on how to operate the equipment. My over experience was excellent and due to this I will make a future purchase from Canta Esthetic.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Emslim Neo Machine Portable Pro it really helps tone your muscles and burn fat. You can start seeing the results in just 4 treatments of your targeted area and very easy to use. I am so happy with my results so far and it’s only the beginning, I look forward to seeing the results with my continued use.

I had already used another EMS unit before, so my main questions were about the accessories and daily care. The team sent clear pictures, confirmed the details, and explained how to take care of everything properly. That gave us a lot more confidence before the machine even arrived. Shipping was smooth, and the unit was much easier to move around than our larger RF system. The training was also simple and practical, focusing on the basics we actually needed to know. For a compact unit, the support felt complete and well organized.
